Rooms

  • Double Lake rooms have a magnificent view of Lake Inca, the Tres Hermanos peaks and the slopes.
  • 6th floor doubles have larger bathrooms and windows, and they come with balconies. All have lake views.
  • Family apartments have two bedrooms, one with two twins or a queen-sized bed, and the other with bunks; apartments are for a minimum of 4 guests and maximum of 6 guests. Children and teens 0-17 years staying in family apartments pay children’s or teen rates as listed, adults pay family apartment rate as listed. If only children or teens are staying in a family apartment, two must pay the adult family apartment rate.
  • Octagon Lodge rooms have four beds (two bunks) and private bathroom. Guests dine in the main dining room and have full access to all hotel activities and facilities.
  • Inca Lodge rooms are smaller and have four beds (two bunks). Bathrooms are communal. Guests dine in the hotel’s self-service cafeteria, but otherwise have full access to all hotel facilities. The Inca Lodge is popular with young adults, backpackers and students.
  • Children 4 – 11 and teens 12 – 17 in extra beds pay children’s or teen prices. Only one extra bed is permitted per room. Parents are responsible for providing proof of age if necessary.
  • Due to size limitations of the rooms the hotel does not recommend adult extra beds in the rooms. Consult Portillo for adult extra bed prices.
