On Horseback through the Lake District
Vincente Perez Rosales National Park was Chile’s first national park and is one of its most beautiful. Surrounded by the emerald green waters of Lago Todos Los Santos, the Park is home to ancient Alerce forests, secluded natural hot springs and magnificent landscapes with towering volcanoes. One of only several places in the world with temperate rain forests, the wild interior of the Park rarely sees visitors.
This tour is hosted by the Stucki family, Swiss immigrants with one of the few private lodges inside the Park. Their stable of fine Chilean horses will take you on an unforgettable journey through the remote reaches of their land. Guiding and logistics include the expertise of Eduardo Jofre, one of Chile’s premier guides with a specialization in horseback adventures and over 20 years of guiding experience in Chile.
