Check-in and Check-out:
Hotel Portillo: The bright yellow building of the Hotel Portillo has become an iconic symbol of the resort. With nearly as many staff as guests, the service is excellent, and amenities are outstanding. Temperate pools and hot tubs provide a great place to rest, rejuvenate, and socialize after a day spent skiing or boarding. One of the biggest advantages at the Portillo resort is the facility to ski in ski out, making access to the slopes very easy. Lodging is full-board, meaning a lift ticket for each day of skiing as well as four (yes, four!) great meals per day.
Octagon Lodge: Located just steps from the main hotel, Octagon Lodge shares the ski in ski out advantage of the main hotel. Guests in Octagon Lodge have access to all of the same hotel services, including meals, as guests in the main hotel. The lodge is much smaller than the hotel, with each room having two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom. It is a good option for groups of four and younger crowds.
Inca Lodge: Also located on the same complex as the hotel and Octagon Lodge, the Inca Lodge is the most economical option. Suited to the young backpacker crowd, each room has two sets of bunks (meaning you might not know your roommate), and bathrooms are shared. Four meals a day are included in the rate, though they are taken in a self-serve cafeteria and not in the main hotel. Other than meals, guests in Inca Lodge have access to the other hotel facilities.
