Day 1: The San Antonio Valley
Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your Santiago hotel for a 9:00am departure, heading 90 west to the coast, and arriving at Viña Casa Marín. Founded in 2000 by Chile’s first vineyard owner, Maria Luz Marín, Casa Marín has been described as one of the “most daring and innovative” vineyards in the country. Its outstanding wines have received many awards, and Casa Marín also holds the title as Chile’s most coastal vineyard, situated just 2.5 miles (4km) from the Pacific shoreline. You will enjoy a tour of the bodega and vineyards, a tasting of some of Casa Marin’s distinctive wines, and a delicious lunch.
Next, you’ll head the short distance to beautiful property at Matetic Vineyards, where you will spend the night. A state-of-the-art winemaking facility, Matetic incorporates organic agricultural practices and an architecture which optimizes vinification. In August of 2011, Wine & Spirits magazine once again selected Matetic among its 100 Top Wineries in the World and has been called a “great ambassador” for Chilean wine on the world stage. You’ll enjoy a tour of the winemaking facilities and tasting of wines from their ultra-premium EQ line. The rest of the evening is free to enjoy the verdant gardens, learn to make a traditional pisco sour, or explore the vineyards on horseback or bikes. Dinner this evening is in the Casona.

Day 2: The San Antonio Valley
Following a leisurely breakfast, you will enjoy a guided outdoor excursion of your choice such as hiking, horseback riding, or cycling. Upon your return you will enjoy a special food and wine pairing lunch. Following your meal, private transfer will take you back to Santiago.
