Days 1 – 5 (Friday thru Tuesday): Valle Nevado
Valle Nevado sits high above Santiago, and is the closest resort to the capital city. Modeled after the style of European resorts, the Valle Nevado complex straddles the imposing peak El Plomo, includes luxury accommodations, and has the largest skiable domain in Chile. Tickets can be purchased to connect to neighboring resorts La Parva and El Colorado.
Day 1: Arrival to Santiago International Airport and transfer to Valle Nevado. Typically international flights arrive in the morning and you will be skiing by 1pm.
Day 2-4: Skiing and riding at Valle Nevado.
Day 5: Return to Santiago at your convenience. Your package includes a day of skiing if you check out by 10am. In the afternoon, enjoy a tour and tasting at a winery at Aquitania Winery in the Maipo Valley on the way to your hotel in Santiago.
Days 6 – 9 (Wednesday thru Saturday): Nevados de Chillan
Five hours south of Santiago, eruptions and lava flows from the Chillán Volcano have formed unique pistes, bowls, and natural half pipes at Nevados de Chillán. The resort enjoys some of Chile’s best snow conditions with an average snowfall of 10m (nearly 400in) and a diverse spread of terrain offering something for all ability levels (including good backcountry opportunities). There is some tree skiing on the lower slopes, and the resort is renowned for its lack of crowds. In addition to great skiing, Nevados is home to thermal hot springs, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes.
Nevados de Chillán
Day 6: Private transfer to the Santiago train station for a scenic train ride through the Central Valley to the town of Chillán. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel Nevados de Chillán.
Day 7-8: Skiing and riding at Nevados de Chillán resort.
Day 9: Morning skiing before departure for Chillán and train back to Santiago in time for your international flight or to continue on to your next adventure.

Hotel Valle Nevado
Hotel Valle Nevado: With 53 comfortable rooms, all with a terrace and direct access to the slopes, Hotel Valle Nevado is the most exclusive luxury accommodation at the resort. All rooms were renovated in 2011 and all have spectacular views of the Andes and the ski slopes. A number of bars and restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk, and the best one – Restaurant La Fourchette (French-Mediterranean fare) – is located within the hotel. Standard half-board includes breakfast, ski après, and dinner, as well as one body massage per person for stays of 7 nights or more. Among many other things, the hotel includes an outdoor heated pool.

Hotel Puerta del Sol
Puerta del Sol: The middle-of-the-road lodging option at the resort. Though it is not quite ski in ski out, it’s only a stone’s throw from the slopes. Some rooms have balconies, and all have incredible views. Half-board includes breakfast and dinner, and guests have access to all of the main hotel’s services, including the gym, heated outdoor pool, day spa (additional costs apply), and restaurants. The hotel is family friendly and wheelchair accessible.

Hotel Rugendas: Located in the El Golf neighborhood, in the heart of Santiago’s commercial district, Hotel Rugendas was named for German painter Johann Moritz Rugendas, famous for his depictions of landscapes and cultural subjects, who traveled Chile during 1834 – 1844. The name of the hotel represents the hospitality and soul of the Chilean people which Rugendas immortalized in his art. The hotel includes a restaurant and bar which use 100% organic ingredients. Rooms are well-kept and comfortable.
