Day 1: Arrival to Punta del Este
Welcome to Uruguay! Your guide will meet you at Montevideo’s airport or seaport upon your arrival via ferry from Argentina. Following a scenic drive to the beach town of Maldonado, near Punta del Este, you’ll arrive to Bodega Alto de la Ballena to enjoy a tour and wine tasting. A young winery (its first harvest was in 2005), Alto de la Ballena is considered one of Uruguay’s most impressive start up wineries. In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Jose Ignacio.

Day 2: Visit and Tasting in Colina de Garzon
Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel this morning, and you will head to Colina de Garzon for a special wine and olive oil tasting with high quality extra-virgin oils crafted 100% in the boutique plant on-site and cultivated from crop varieties originating in Italy, Spain, France, Israel, and Argentina. After some free time for lunch (not included), your guide will transfer you back to your hotel.

Day 3: Free Day
Uruguay is known for its pristine beaches, and is considered one of South America’s “best kept secrets.” Enjoy today at leisure to relax and explore at your own pace.

Day 4: Transfer to Montevideo
Following a relaxed breakfast, you’ll say farewell to Jose Ignacio and Punta del Este as private transport transfers you back to Montevideo’s airport or port in time for your departing flight or boat.
